Show “Pau i Treva”, December 7
07 / 12 / 2025

Next Sunday, 7 December, at 12:30 pm, the Príncep Totilau theatre company will perform Pau i Treva in the museum’s Puig i Cadafalch Room.
This show is aimed at young people aged 12 and over, as well as adults, and tells the story of Abbot Oliba, founder of Montserrat and one of the most significant figures of the 10th and 11th centuries. He was a great promoter of Romanesque art and the driving force behind the Peace and Truce assemblies, one of the earliest pacifist movements in Europe.

The performance will mark the conclusion of the exhibition Montserrat, a Thousand Years of Art and History, which closes the following day, 8 December.

Free admission. Limited seating.
